In the misty highlands of Ethiopia, where coffee was first discovered centuries ago, our farmers tend to their crops the way their ancestors did — by hand, with reverence, and in rhythm with the seasons. Each cherry is picked at peak ripeness, sun-dried on raised beds, and roasted in small batches in Addis Ababa.
We started Dink because we believe the world's best coffee deserves to be known by name, not blended into obscurity. Every bag tells a story of the hands that grew it, the soil that nurtured it, and the culture that perfected it. This is Dink.
